Convenient and cozy spot, really close to a grocery store and main attractions. Plus, it's right by the tram line! 🚋 Nice selection of tasty food options around here too!

The room here was amazing! the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was really spacious. 🛌 As for the location, it's close to a club that blasts music until 3 am most nights and also near bus stops for easy transportation.

Nothing,I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The service is poor and the lady who is the receptionist or owner doesn't speak a single word of english and rude. If you are in this kind of bussiness you should try to learn a little bid of english because not all your customer are italian.
The experienced we get let us to believe that next time we will not to book any hotel with no names unless recommended The location of this hotel( I don't consider this a hotel, a boarding house because it get less than ten rooms) is bad, noisy and dark to walk during the night. What they put in the website is totally false. For senior citizen its hard to carry your luggage to the second or third floor because it doesn't have elevator at all and you think this lady will help you, all she was interested is your money. The shower room doesn't have any light and the drainage system is very poor. The wall is painted poorly and cracked on the wall.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with unique Italian decor. The breakfast in the morning was mind-blowing, with a variety of delicious options and the option to enjoy it on the stunning terrace. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport making it convenient to explore all the key locations in the city. We had the best time and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.
There is no direct public transport from Rome termini. It is difficult to find hotel if your first trip to Rome. We use taxi first and pay 1€ per suitcase and 7€ for transport. You can use tram for transportation but it is available form 5:30 to 24:00. Hotel is far from center of rome. Breakfast was poor. Hotel is very small so rooms are small. We changed our room becase it has very very small window. Our second room has a balcony shared with next door but hasn't got any window.

Good standard compared to other hotels in Italy for the same price. A/c and breakfast available. Free wi-fi, although it didn't work in the room.
The staff didn't speak any English, which was quite surprising... And it is located in an absolutely appalling area - far from everything, and very dirty. We were afraid to leave the hotel after dark!!!

The rooms were somewhat small so there was not much room for our two backs.

Well there were two bus stations really next to the hotel. So it took us about 30 minutes to go to city center (piazza del popolo) or twenty minutes to colosseum or 40 minutes to the Vatican or trastevere. (those two lines went the opposite way). The hotel was pretty clean. It was also atmospheric and had a renaissance interior design. The exterior was not quite something. It also had a small terrace where someone could drink a bottle of wine (either order from the hotel as room service or buy from a store). There was a small mini market 50m away which stayed open till 2 am which is very useful for those who do not want to sleep at 11 pm. We did not eat breakfast and I do not know about it. The best was that it had private bathroom at a price that others didn't. If it was closer to the city center at that price (about 75 euros per night for a double room-all taxes included) we would say it was the best choice. Now that it's not we can say that it was a pretty convenient choice that really worth the try.
